About Lovey

Lovey’s Story

Lovey Bradley, Msc.D., is an educator in cortisol rhythm and stress physiology. Her work focuses on helping women understand survival chemistry, the physiological patterns created by prolonged stress, and how the body can begin returning to rhythm.

Before this work became her focus, Lovey spent nearly two decades working in the medical field, including oncology, and later guiding women through personal discovery and empowerment work.

Throughout those years she noticed a pattern: many high-performing women were exhausted, disconnected from their bodies, and searching for answers that traditional systems could not explain.

Her Personal Experience

Lovey’s early life included significant trauma, instability, and environments where safety was uncertain. From childhood forward, her body lived in a constant state of alertness.

Years later she would come to understand that this long history of vigilance had shaped her cortisol rhythm and the way her nervous system responded to stress.

After experiencing her own period of profound exhaustion and what she now describes as “flatlining,” Lovey discovered that the missing piece for many women was understanding stress physiology and cortisol rhythm.

Why She Teaches Stress Physiology

This realization led her to develop the N.R.B. Method; Nourish, Recalibrate, Balance, a framework designed to help women move out of survival chemistry and begin restoring rhythm within the body.

Her Educational Background

Dr. Lovey Bradley, Msc.D., completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University and earned her doctoral degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona.

She is trained in Applied Neuro through Neuro-Somatic Intelligence (NSI) and holds an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate from The Embody Lab, supporting her work in understanding how the body responds to prolonged stress and stored trauma.

Lovey is also a certified Hormone Clarity Coach through Dr. Taylor’s Ageless Blueprint method, where she studied cortisol rhythm, stress physiology, and hormone communication.

Her background is further supported by nearly two decades of experience in the medical field, including oncology, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care and the body’s systems.

DOTC SOMATIC MOVEMENT FACILITATOR

Dance Of The Chakras is a mind-body-spirit practice that combines free-form and guided movement with visualization and breathwork tailored to the body's seven main chakras (energy centers) It draws from principles of energy healing, Afro Indigenous based dance therapy, and somatic awareness. DOTC Somatic Movement is for those passionate about maintaining the integrity of dance as medicine; a pathway to connect to our mother earth.

Her Mission

Today, Lovey integrates her background in medicine, applied neuro, somatics, hormone education, and lived experience to teach women how the body communicates through symptoms. Her work bridges physiology, stress patterns, and self-awareness, guiding women into a deeper understanding of their body and supporting a return to a more balanced, restorative rhythm.
